Owner of Boss Chick Enterprise, is an enthusiastic Author, Speaker and Business Consultant 

with a goal to help you develop your vision and maximize your creativity. 

She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and is also a certified Methods of Teaching professional.

 

To date she and her husband have created and launched a sustainable business model for each member of the family, and continue to help bring vision to life for her clients as a Launch Strategist.

Rena is also a wife, mother of 3 sons, minister, adjunct cosmetology instructor, and educated business owner of 20+ years. Rena is trained to listen, equipped to teach, and skilled in the art of BALANCE! She loves God with all her heart and is committed to educating and uplifting others by way of books, articles, blogs, podcasts, training courses and inspirational apparel.

 

As an advocate for women's programs and initiatives she started a non- profit organization,

 The Real Her which tackles the issues of stress, depression, overwhelm, aimlessness, low self esteem, and other issues common to women’s health and needs. With TRH, Rena’s focus is helping women to acknowledge their true passions, Live in Purpose, and recognize the potential they have to expand their horizons and ultimately rewrite their story and create lasting legacies.
